A: It has been shown that using plural pronouns tends to come across as more professional.
A: Not at all. I believe I am a strong IT professional even all by my lonesome. If I weren't comfortable taking on projects solo I wouldn't put myself out there in this manner. The use is only for professionalism.
A. Due to systems that abuse normal links to emails, I have had to hide it. I apologize for the inconvenience. This has been a problem for a couple decades and no one has a solution that isn't annoying to users. The most common efforts include using JavaScript to dynamically display the email. This completely fails for any use who has scripting disabled. Another common practice is to use CAPTCHA, but CAPTCHA is annoying for most users and often doesn't provide real protection. Essentially, there's no good way to make this hacker-proof and easy to use for users.
A. Yes and No. I intentionally used a system called Bootstrap that allows for easy customization. Doing an entire site design takes me about 40 hours to complete something I'm proud of. Using Bootstrap allows me to more easily and efficiently create each new page that conforms to the design.

Even faster is the ability to use themes, which is what I did for this site and what I usually do with client sites as well. Spending $50 on a theme is much more cost-effective than me taking the time to do it myself. On top of that, many themes are developed by actual graphic designers. I can do website and app design, but I'm no design professional. I can very easily and quickly take a pre-built theme and make a site out of it.
A. Mostly Yes, but some No. I often use or purchase 3rd-party themes when working on a website. Other than that, I do it all myself. The only exception being outsourcing of some work. However, this is very, very rare for me to do.
A. I hope that the last few answers have adequately countered any hesitation you may have. If not, I'd appreciate it if you'd give me a chance to show you the kind of work I do. My work speaks for itself.
A. Setting up and branding social media is the most important initial step in having a successful social media presence. Which I am familiar with and this is the service I offer. However, setup/branding is only the first step. In order for your social media presence to grow it must be tended, which is best done by someone familiar with your company/organization/etc.

This takes time and for my own personal use, this time is more than I feel like it would gain me by focusing on my social media presence. I can happily get you started and give you the tools and knowledge to create your own successful presence, but I do not manage your presence at all, only initial setup. I do not promise any number of users. Nor will I help you buy likes, karma, visitors, follows, etc.
A. It's really nothing special. The cloud is just a moniker given to assets/resources that are made available via the internet instead of being stored locally on a computer or device, or accessed on a corporate intranet.
